Do you offer price matching?
Blueluxe can usually match the price of an identical item from a competing website (not including sale prices or coupons). To find out if we can price match an item, please email us with the name or item # of an item you wish to price match, along with the exact URL of the other store.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship according to the schedule on our shipping
page
or the item description itself. Most items ship within 1-2 days.
Is it safe to provide my
credit card information?
Yes. All payments
are processed via secure (SSL) servers. You will see
in your browser when you checkout.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only for orders shipped to Connecticut.
What payment methods do
you accept?
We accept all major forms of credit & debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express).
If you would like to pay by money order please send us an email
with the items you would like to order. We will then reply with further
payment instructions. After we receive your email order, we will hold the items for
5 business days. If your money order is not received within that time
frame the items will
be put back in inventory.
If using a coupon code, only 1 code may applied to an
order.

What is your coupon
policy?
- Only 1 coupon can be used per order & coupons can
not be applied to prior orders.
- If you return a portion of an order in which you used
a minimum dollar value coupon, and the order total drops below that minimum,
the remaining items in the order will no longer be eligible for the savings,
and the amount refunded will be adjusted to remove the savings that had been
applied from the code.
- Coupons and sale prices cannot be applied to prior orders.
