Shipping Information:
- All Limoges boxes and handmade jewelry are shipped in
gift boxes.
- Most orders process and ship within 3 business days
(please note that ship times provided below are from the time of shipment, not
time of order)
- Blueluxe now ships internationally. Please see below for list of countries.
Shipping & Handling Options:

USPS: Choose
from Priority Mail or Express Mail. Priority Mail takes an average of
2-3 days, not guaranteed by the Postal Service.
Express mail is guaranteed overnight to most locations, 2-days to some,
and offers full tracking information. Signature confirmation will
automatically be added at no charge to certain orders.
UPS:
UPS shipping options are available during checkout (not visible in the
shopping cart estimator). All UPS shipments are insured and
include full tracking information
(please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes). UPS
orders are shipped Monday-Friday (no Saturday pickup or
delivery). For UPS Ground,
you can view the UPS Ground map to determine your delivery
time (Northeast customers take just 1-2 days via Ground).
International: blueluxe.com offers International shipping
via USPS Global Express Mail. Delivery time is
approximately 5-7 days and all orders are insured and trackable.
We ship to the following countries: Australia,
Austria, Bermuda, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece,
Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand,
Norway, Singapore,
South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United
Kingdom (please email us if your country isn't listed).
Customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, customs, brokers fees, etc...
that may
be applicable on International orders, we cannot mark items as 'gift' or 'sample'.
Please note the following additional rules for international orders:
- All payments must be made in US funds.
- Orders will only be shipped to verified credit card billing address.
Please note that signature confirmation will be required for all
orders with different billing and shipping addresses (as well
as certain other orders).

Tax:
We only charge tax on orders shipped to the state of CT.
Returns/Exchanges:
- Returns & exchanges are accepted on all items (except if otherwise noted in the item description). All returns must be
postmarked within 15 days of your receipt of the order. Item(s) must be in original unused
condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with
your return.
- Please email us before sending a return to receive a return
merchandise authorization number and to let us know the reason for the
return/exchange. The RMA# must be written on
the outside of your package. Any unauthorized returns (no RMA#), undelivered
packages, or returns
postmarked after 15 days of your receipt of the order, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee,
or delivery may be refused and the item returned to sender.
- Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs
(unless the item had arrived damaged). In
the case of an order that included free shipping, up to $8 will not be
reimbursed in order to cover our cost of the original shipment (this
also applies to partial returns if the total order amount drops below
the free shipping threshold due to the return).
- If a coupon with a minimum dollar amount was used,
and a partial return is made which brings the order total below that
minimum, the savings from the coupon will be deducted from the return.
- We
recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for
lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well, as items
damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
- Once
your package has been received at blueluxe, your refund will be
credited back to your original method of payment. If you wish to
make an exchange, you will have to place a new, separate order (unless
you are exchanging a damaged item).
Price adjustments are not available for items which
have gone on sale since being purchased.
